Nu metal is more of a song genre than a album genre. At least that's how I interpret it.

Everyone knows these nu metal classics
>dig
>down with the sickness
>bodies
>wait and bleed
>freak on a leash
>last resort

But all of these nu metal albums have some bad songs on them that ruin the album for me at least.

Slipknot ST and White Pony worked well as albums, and even Korn had decent flow to theirs. I agree that a lot of the genre was known for its hits though, it was the thing for its time

Whit Pony is probably the only 10/10 nu metal album. Follow The Leader is close though.
