Not a cohesive listen, the autotune is a bit hamfisted, and a few hooks are terribly corny. But overall, it works. Starts better than it ends.

went from a 9/10 to a 7/10 for me
still really impressive and cant wait to see what they do next, but the album has some really annoying flaws.
dom is a really boring mc
there will never be enough merlyn
vocal effects are overused and ruin some perfect tracks
some of the hooks are really weak (trip, bank, milk)
swim is bad

Really like it, it grew on me in the first few listens but ill admit that the last few listens have felt somewhat underwhelming. I think BOYS is the worst song on the album purely for the hook, kinda fucks about with the flow of the album for me. From there tho everything else is super enjoyable imo. Really looking forward to Saturation II, kinda hope they at least match the quality of this album

Really liked it when I first heard it. Now I don't think it's nearly as good as I thought I did.

The fun tracks are still fun. But everything else is just shallow and cliche. There's nothing wrong with wearing your influences on your sleeve, but when you're basically making knock-off versions of Frank songs, it fucking sucks. The dumb and tired platitudes about being yourself are really overbearing and embarrassing.

GOLD is the best track. It's this kind of song that made Brockhampton feel fresh and young.

Is Saturation II supposed to be soon?

Merlyn is so good, I wish he was more present on the album. I like them all but there was way too much Dom, not enough Joba and Merlyn.

It's fantastic for a sophomore effort with such a large, young, and complex group. Drowned out by some other vets *cough*Tyler*cough*, but very exciting to see where they all go. Reminds me of old OF when it wasn't cringe to like them.
