look around for older equipment on craigslist etc, you will similar quality as high-end new stuff for a lower price

if nothing else look into Pro-ject and Rega turntables, Ortofon cartridge for good quality for the price.

You will need a phono stage, you can find these in any price range on amazon etc, but you are paying for quality. don't pay than 100 at your price range.

if you have no speakers you might want to just look into a pair of powered speakers as an amp will cut into your budget substantially. Look into Behringer, Electro Voice and Yamaha options.

Buy a technics for 100 - 300
Buy a preamp around 100
Buy an amp around 100
Spend the rest on the nicer version of micca subwoofer + speaker
