Reanimation is an incredible listen from start to finish. The way the intro and Krwling frame the album, and the way little samples from the climax of 1Stp Klosr are sprinkled throughout the album (starting with the opening of Pts.Of.Athrty) are clever ways to structure the album that few artists have ever done.

Nah. It was a safe bet for the band after the commercial failure that kind of was A Thousand Suns. If that godawful new album hadn't been released, Living Things would've been their worst record by far. Bland, uninspired pop rock songs meant to be played on the radio. There were a few interesting cuts, but nothing to write home about...
