Come on, let's be honest here guys. I'm no fan of Sunny Day Real Estate but Black Hole Sun is an amazing song. It opens up with that revving guitar on some pretty strong chords like "MMEMEMEMEMEMEEEEEWWWWWHWEEEEEEEEEOWOWOWOWOWOWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" like a dragon towing a cement mixer. Then there's the extensive use of those weird guitar sounds that make the track sound like its going in slow motion over time "Bew bew bew, bew bew beeew, beew beeew beeew" and don't tell me that you don't think that is fucking awesome. Then the chorus comes and its shit but then its back to the bews and its really fun to listen to, makes it better than any of the other SDRE songs that I've heard and I know you deep down think the same, why did no-one else think of making use of gravity-inspired guitars? I can't get over how cool it is.
