listened to head hunters first and i can't say i liked it, i mean it's fine but that's it, then i listened to this one and oh my fucking god.
really underrated.

I didn't appreciate Head Hunters until I watched the concert movie, then it clicked. Not sure why that is.

Great album but it's contrarian to say it's better than Thrust

Head Hunters is decent. But Sextant? Maiden Voyage? Very high, if not at the top tier of jazz.
