Solid advice. I was vaguely aware of Aphex Twin through his mention on the MTV's AMP! compilation, and later the edgy Come To Daddy video.

Come To Daddy was my first proper release. I knew what to expect about the opening track, and via Amp I knew he could play a softer, melodic side. Now here's a guy who can play both styles.

A moment later, Bucephalus Bouncing Ball hypnotized. I had just had some braces put on and I was in some pain, and somehow this music met me at my edgy teenage pain.

The hook was well set and I was onto the rest. I once purchased The Offspring's Americana and SAW II on the same day, though I didn't quite know what to make of the latter, guess which one I still listen to.
