I wouldn't use one song as an example, because that's never a good way to adequately represent an entire genre of music. However for the sake of the exercise I'd probably choose something like this, really anything that encapsulates both the dream pop aspects and the noise-y wall of sound aspects. It never really goes far enough in either direction though, which is why you really want multiple examples.
