Disco Volante, by Mister Bungle, has the secret song at the end of Carry Stress in the Jaw, on the CD version they are together on the same track whereas the original vinyl print had the secret song on a separate groove next to Carry Stress.

Then there's also the secret track at the end of the album which has like couple minutes of silence. But that doesn't obviously count here.
