There really aren't. All of Del's stuff is good, but nothing is quite like this.

fantastic damage isn't too similar in production i think but its from the same era and el-p was pretty closely associated with del at that time. definitely worth giving a listen if you havent already

not very related in terms of production, but Vaudeville Villain gives me similar vibes to this album during a few songs
