That's the interchange between Interstate 84 and Interstate 91 in Hartford, Connecticut, taken from a room in the Hilton Hartford. Radiohead played in that city in 1996, so the original picture was likely taken by a band member or someone else in the room

When they went past the powerstation my dad pointed it out to him and he was absolutely blown away since he thought it was just a painting or something.
