Maybe Jagatara. They're somewhere between rock and jazz and sound like a crazier Talking Heads. As for hip-hop, there's Moe and ghosts and Daoko from the list above. There's also Scha Dara Parr and Akkogorilla. Suiyōbi no Campanella can also get fairly hip-hop despite being a pop/trip-hop outfit primarily.

Oh yeah, and Midori is pretty great. They're jazz-hardcore punk fusion. 385 does something similar with funk and hardcore.
