I own 4 guitars and a banjo and honestly I couldn't help you figure this out. Just ask the guy at the music shop, I've never had someone try to sell me something shitty, they're also all musicians, so yeah they might try to get you to buy something, but if you ask them personally what they'd play they'll never lie to you.
Well lads it seems the Epiphone ET-270 is objectively the better choice, especially with its price tag. I just don't like the headstock on the neck, but I'm sure that can be replaced.
