I Am Trying To Break Your Heart is one of the best documentaries showing the process of recording an album, dealing with record label problems trying to release it, and showing in fighting between band members. Even if you don't like Wilco it's fantastic just because of the interesting backstory behind Yankee Hotel Foxtrot.
