Most people are most into Weird Al at middle school age, but I feel as though in order to really get Weird Al you need to really be invested in American pop culture and understand how exactly his work is a reflection and satire of, so it think it's reasonable to say his best album came out when you were older than middle school.

For me Straight Outta Lynwood is the one I listed to the most but I feel like I "got" Weird Al more with Mandatory Fun.

Running with Scissors is his best album.

When I went to a Weird Al concert there was a large range of ages there, so I think there's plenty there for everybody. I will say that I think you can appreciate him more as an artist the older you get, though.
