Music and people are getting dumber and dumber each and every year. It turns out you only need a third grade education not only to understand the lyrical content of pop music, but its composition as well. A third grader who literally just started learning how to play the recorder could readily understand and soon be able to preform Top 40 melodies. Of course the Norwegians and Swedes behind pop music are making hundreds of millions of dollars per year off of this inane bullshit, but people eat it up anyway
