OP here. Never in a million years would I consider the Cocteau Twins "popular". They're a cult band with a large following which isn't saying much.

Actual answer here. When You're Sad/Haunting single is GOAT noise pop and Up Home EP is GOAT dream pop. Other stuff is hit or miss but always interesting.
