In all honestly they are probably one of the best pop acts out right now. Torches and Supermodel are both guilty pleasures of mine. People will obviously hate because "m-m-muh poptimism" but they are good. I put them on the same level as Everything Everything Excited for this new album.

Agreed. I wasn't a huge fan of Torches but Supermodel really got me into them. Some of the stuff I've heard so far hasn't been great, but there have been a couple singles that are on par with my favorites and I am looking forward to the album.

This band marked the turning point where the majority of indie became unabashed commercial radio pop in a different dress
