it wouldn't be a bad buy for them, desu. but it goes against their MO of picking up companies that are actually doing well.
they haven't done a major rescue/restructure yet.

This goes two ways - soundcloud realizes its market has shrunken and returns to a user / musician oriented style like it had in 2009, or it just gets shittier.

It's not shutting down, for sure, just going under new management.
