the way i try to create happiness through music is by creating comforting music. i have trouble sleeping most nights, so when i can't sleep, i watch a lot of reviewbrah videos in a row. i don't know why, but i find those videos are specifically comforting to listen to late at night. there are very few things that give me this similar vibe. one album that does is loveless. i know there are tinges of sadness and longing throughout the album, but there is a warmth to it that gives it a comfortable feeling. i think that's why a lot of people like to put it on when they sleep. my goal with my writing is to create that comforting feeling for others. i'm not necessarily happy when i write, and my audience may not be either, but my goal is to create comforting music that can make them less unhappy. my goal isn't necessarily to write about happiness, but to create happiness through writing.
