Not even rock music. This is noise, not noise rock.
On the other hand, very few bands that get called noise rock are actually really noisy.

Les Rallizes dénudés - 77 Live
Brainbombs - Singles Collection
The Goslings - Grandeur of Hair
Stretchheads - Five Fingers, Four Thingers, a Thumb, a Facelift and a New Identity
Anti-Cimex - Raped Ass
Not an album but listen to the song doe deer by crystal castles. Probably the harshest, most distorted sound you'll ever hear

In ROCK and noise rock is way more aggressive than metal to me personally because it feels more heartfelt rather in metal it feels more expected
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=la2-_S2ksnk
it's only one track, the rest of the album is ambient, but this is the closest I've heard noise rock get to being straight up noise while still being noise rock

> personally because it feels more heartfelt rather in metal it feels more expected
What do you mean, have you even listened to metal?
>>73887974
yeah it's rock. they've always been a bit poppier though and their newest stuff is full on noise pop.
i'd recommend checking out 'the first train' by them- def their best work
i'm not sure when it comes to similars

the track you posted by them kind of reminded me of this band https://s3v3r3.bandcamp.com/album/perdue-abattue kind of noisey-disco idk

Astrobrite is in a similar vein of gritty shoegaze.

Love Watashi Dake gr8 album
Lightning Bolt's self titled is a pretty good example of harsh noise rock. Lots of feedback and lo-fi bass tones.
Here's a good song off of it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdupEPbqc6A
Just get in to noise-grind and noisecore
