Hey guys. Newfag (2009) here. I don't really see another thread I can post in. I just realized that I don't love music as much anymore. Or maybe I still do. I've been extremely busy last year and really depressed after. I didn't do anything during that whole time and barely went out.

But I haven't downloaded anything new in over a year. I don't keep up with new gems and I barely listen to the old ones I've always listened to anymore. I have no idea what would contend for AOTY for the past 2-4 years.

How to I get back into music? The thrill of finding new albums, genres, artists, songs. Without it, I feel like a part of my identity is gone. I also feel like music would help me feel a little bit better.

Sorry to hear that, man. I'd suggest talking to friends about music and seeing what they recommend. Or picking a genre you're interested in but haven't heard much of and diving into it
