What is /mu/ take on Rocksmith?

I enjoy it. It's good for learning songs if you already have some idea what you're doing, but if you're a day one beginner I wouldn't trust it to teach very well

Doesn't it use TAB? TAB isn't music and those who use it aren't playing a musical instrument.
