complete shit stop shilling

I've listened to it 4 times already. I dislike it more with each listen. Strong start, and about half way it just stops attempting to be anything. It's like they forgot how to write compelling music

I agree, why is this album being ignored to such a degree? Vanity Pail Kids and Protest Song are especially good tracks.
Literally who?

Same.

The Broken Social Scene, an indie rock band from Toronto, Canada composed of over 20 members including Feist. Originally founded as a duo specializing in down-tempo music before rapidly expanding in size to form a chamber pop band similar to Arcade Fire albeit with a more relaxed atmosphere.
Wow that's boring. No skills just frills.

Holy fuck, 20 people worked on this borefest?
>>73844538
That's just about every A-side to B-side lp though.

> an indie rock band
Stopped reading there. Album cover is indication enough that I wouldn't listen to it anyways

If you don't know about this band through 2002s YFIIP you are without a doubt some transplant from r eddit who only started posting here in the last two years.

Presumably. I'd recommend increasing the volume should you listen to it again, in a manner similar to say Loveless there are numerous sound-layers which can be hard to notice on the first couple of listens, whether you like that kind of thing or not. If you haven't already try You Forgot It In People, that album is indisputably their magnum opus and sounds quite different from their newest.
