Ok but it wasn't worth an A+, maybe a B at most. The guy just can't overcome his extreme bias/Dolls worship to look at the stuff objectively.

Dolls are one of those bands that a small number of people are way too into for some reason.

The Dolls were ok for the early 70s and dressing like women was pretty edgy at the time BUT the effect they had on rock was not good. By the late 80s, you wanted to get a time machine back to 1972 and murder David Johansen.
