Seal's voice is decent, my problem is that his arrogance is so palpable in the way he sings, same with Billy Joel.

To an extent, I'm sure they both know how talented they are. Seal's hardly arrogant though. He frequently does surprise duet performances with any street performers he finds and likes, just to show thanks to them and potentially give them the same opportunities he was lucky enough to have obtained. He's even let some open shows for him.
