I love Utada Hikaru but they are not really all that similar

KZK is more ambitious and better than anything Bjork ever did and Sanmon Gossip, Hesei Fuzoku, and Shouso Strip are on par with Bjork's best work. Shiina's discog also has a lot more variety in it.
