monitoring headphones give you the original sound of the record, without too much bass like beats, etc.

Thoughts on those Sony True Bass over ear headphones? I think it's around 50-100 bucks. Waste of money or any good?

yeah what should i get in the $50-$75 range? I listen to most genres so can't really narrow it down from there. Also wireless is preferred
