Why does every Autechre album sounds the same?
Because you're not a robot
electronic """"music""""
You're so wrong/oblivious it's hilarious
And not only are you stupid, you're also dumb

Let's face it, they haven't done something different since LP5.

"But, curiously for a band whose remit is experimentation, Autechre are now, like Radiohead, sounding too much like themselves."
This man gets it right.
Well, once you divert from 4/4 beats most people get lost.

>once you divert from 4/4 beats
not something autechre has done, most of their tracks are still 4/4/
>>73823439
I think he means four to the floor kicks
But I want Autechre to sound like Autechre
If they started sounding like Radiohead, that would just be wrong
>>73823427
They have been making "Autechre music" since then, but I don't think that means any sort of creative slowdown. There has been a lot of variety in their 00's and 10's output. They're just not doing the easy to write about thing where it's like "Autechre was listening to To Pimp A Butterfly and so they wanted to get those jazz guys or whatever it was that Bowie did and isn't it so amazing how he listened to what was going on and reinvented himself constantly by internalizing the contemporary sound." Yeah sure that's cool but it's not the only way.

Yeah there's way more variety after lp5 than before it

So you think Quaristice and Confield sound similar? Cause if so your ears must fucked
>>73825152
Quaristice tracks only sound like a shorter version of Confield tracks.

wait what
post a track from each to illustrate
i respect their craft. but none of their albums are worth a full listen. i just make a playlist of tracks i like from their discog
