Can we please change /mu/-core or atleast make a new chart?
It doesn't need to be anything amazing on there but seriously I feel like it might be the only way to get people here to discuss anything but the same 30 albums
Post new /mu/-core albums.
i will make tiger trap mucore or die trying

This desu

The only way /mu/ will change is if Fantano and Pitchfork change.
>b..b..but no one cares about them
Bollocks
This is a good idea, this board needs some new discussion fast or it turn worse than /tv/
>>73804527
Which ones of these do you like?
man it is new in here
>>73804668
>muh /mu/core circlejerk
Is this the one you are referring too?
>>73804849
Never seen this one but its basically an expanded version.
I think we just need to cut itaots, lovless, tmr, etc off the list. /mu/ core needs a purge
>>73804849
God damn at least most of these charts have the decency to call "sub-mucore" "pitchforkcore" as it truly us
>>73804881
>cutting tmr
why
>>73804881
/mu/core is supposed to be what /mu/ canon consists of. How can you cut albums everyone has heard and (generally) considder good?
What purpose would it serve if we remove albums that absolutely should be on there just because "people discuss them too much", we don't even have ITAOTS threads barely at all anymore.
>everyone in here completely missing the point of /mu/core
damn..............
Pointless thread. If you really want to "change /mu/core" (which by the way, you're really missing the point) your best bet is to create a new /mu/core chart and spam it until people start taking it up. Again, you're really missing the point, but whatever.

It really pisses me off when people complain about mu-core. Its just the next step from complaining about modern pop culture. The board have picked these albums over time so if you are not happy with it leave the damn board
Admittedly there are several albums on the mu-core chart that i dont like, but also many that i perhaps wouldnt have found if i hadn't of looked at the chart when a first started a while ago. I'm all for investigating music that you havent yet heard but the whole reason the mu-core chart exists is so the newbs have a basic understanding of what the board considers worthy of listening to to begin with.
