Brah those MSG shows are going to jam, after a certain period of time playing the same room they're going to be so loose. Freaky 25 minute noise-rock Dog Log in the first set loose. I can't afford a NYC hotel room but I'm thinking of going anyway and sleeping in my car or whatever.

Honest question - do people like Phish, and are some of these people not from North America? I've seen people talk gospel about Phish and jam bands in general, but they are literally all from the USA.

I'm aware of a handful of Phish fans from outside the US, but they've never had the radio presence or label promotion to build a fan base outside of their main touring grounds. When they toured Europe in the late nineties, at a time when 70,000 people were coming to their festivals, they played small clubs and 90% of the people there were American trustafarians.

I think most of the small number of foreign fans they have were curious locals who wandered into those European shows, or the ones in Japan in 2000, and liked what they heard.
