Why the most dreamlike album from arguably THE titan of dream pop isn't their most celebrated release I will never know. Removing virtually all percussive elements was a stroke of genius given this band's sound.

Ive still yet to hear an album sound like Macina. It sounds mythic, drenched in rain and longing. Lyrically is some of Corgan's best work and the guitars fucking sound like heaven.
