XTC is the best band of all time, full stop. Look at their mammoth fucking discography. 4 perfect albums, 3 amazing albums, and 3 great albums. Their career arc was diverse and amazing, and you can hear snippets of their work in many artists of recent years. Best band of all time, no doubt.
