I haven't, but a friend of mine recently released her debut EP on bandcamp. Not sure how much she made from that, but she did make okay money from the shirts and pins she sold. Besides this, she's always gigging. She gets a lot of wine bar and restaurant gigs which usually pay okay. There's also the tips she gets.

While she does get a lot of gigs and is generally known in the area, it's definitely still a hobby and not something she could live off of. She still has a day job
