He's just trying to help you help yourself by telling you not to consume shit.
Can anyone name rap albums with awesome use of guitar? Doesn't matter if its acoustic or electric. I can't get into actual rock or folk beyond Judas Priest. It just doesn't grip me other thing.

Death Grips - Exmilitary
I assume you might have already listened to it, but it's one of the only rap albums I like and it's because of the awesome guitar sampling on some of the tracks that they work in really well with the beats. Also, for some guitar work superior to Judas Priest with the same sort of style but a bit heavier, try Megadeth. Start with their album "Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?" because the first one takes longer to get into.

>Death Grips
I like their work, but surprisingly I think I just hate MC Ride's voice--it's not aggressive enough despite the lyrics. I'll definitely look into Megadeth.
I love rap, but I can admit it falters and peaks in quality alot. Are you interested in looking for a good rap album, oldschool or recent?

Sure, you got anything good that's oldschool? Some non-Death Grips rap that I enjoyed was Nas - Illmatic and Madvillainy so maybe something like that?

I feel like you'd like Freddie Gibbs's Pinata--which he worked with Madvillian on. His flow and verbose is very reminiscent of older rap-styles, but with his own character to it. It was released in 2014 however. Earl Sweatshirt's Doris is also good and his song "Centurion" has a lovely sample from Can.
If you're looking for something from the 90s-early 00s, Jay-Z's "The Black Album", A Tribe Called Quest's "A Love Movement", Busdriver's "A Fear of a Black Tangent" and The Roots "Things Fall Apart" are entry-level with unique aspects to them.

Alright I'll make sure to check those out.
>>73741736
No problem. Busdriver is not that entry-level, solely based on his actual voice which is has lotsa character that almost similar to a cartoon character. His lyricism combined with his actual rap-style can make his music sound like an "earfull"--it's very impressive.
