I ordered and received my copy weeks ago and for a while afterwards it said it was sold out on the Young God page. Past week or two that 'SOLD OUT' description was taken off. Did they make new copies or something?

They were only sending out signed copies. There was a lull in the tour, during which Gira came back and signed as many as he could (maybe all of them). Those copies which were signed have not yet sold out. The item has been marked as sold out twice
