Drunk is a great album

good artist

I like his stuff generally and think he's very talented, and I'm glad he's seen so much success lately. But when I sit down and listen to an album of his, it all starts to sound so narrow and like there's a very strict formula for how melody can exist in his work. Sort of the same thing that happened with Prefuse 73. But when taken as just a song or two, it's a great time.

I'm his biggest fan but I guess that's just not good enough :(

Great bassist but disappointing solo work. His playing on Planetary Prince by Cameron Graves was fantastic. His own music is just underwhelming with the occasional great song.
