Given that Ulysses is considered one of the greatest English language novels ever written but you posted some bandcamp tier album I've never seen or heard of before, I think it's a safe bet to say 'no' without even listening to it.
In terms of its place in the canon of western music, Ulysses would likely have it's musical equivalent in the works of Beethoven, Bach, Mozart and so on. However, given that Ulysses is a highly experimental modern novel written in the early 20th century, in terms of its style and influence, its musical equivalent would likely be in the works of Schoenberg, Berg, Webern, Stravinsky, Debussy, Bartok and so on.
