Open the folder - Press Alt - Tools - Folder options... - Uncheck 'Hide extensions for known file types' - Ok - rename file from .mp3 to .flp

It's not a FL Project file anymore and it's not in a folder. it's just an mp3 with no content. It doesn't have a folder and when i created one it didn't give the view option
