I don't get this score. This should check all of their boxes. It's original, has political lyrics (that don't suck for once), and is overall just a great album. Probably my AOTY atm. Mr. Melon had it closer.

P4k just doesn't seem to get anything even slightly industrial. It's also weird to me that they seem to be framing this as a punk album. Sure there's some punk in there, but it's maybe the fourth or fifth most prominent genre in the blend.

The review also criticizes the album for namedropping people like Tamir Rice and Sandra Bland but being too "impersonal" about it. I at least understand this criticism. The album sort of spreads out as it goes on and tends to move more towards soundscapes. I like both halves, but I can see where other people wouldn't.
