I just started listening to jazz and need recs. Pic related have been my favorites so far, so you can base them on that but anything goes. I know I've mostly just been listening to fusion, but I'm open to anything

I quite like my fusion and I say you must check out anything fusion with Bill Bruford in it!
But for non fusion jazz, Im probably in the same boat as you. Wayne Shorter has made some great stuff; start with this one!
Jack Johnson. If Bitches Brew was Jazz-Rock, Jack Johnson is Rock-Jazz
In the wee small hours-Frank Sinatra

Fuck, never expected to see Jean Luc-Ponty and Al Di Meola on this board.
You should listen to Stanley Clarke, Chick Corea, Snarky Puppy based on those albums.
Though if you want to listen to jazz outside of fusion, I recommend Giant Steps by Coltrane, Black Saint and the Sinner Lady by Charles Mingus, Saxophone Colossus by Sonny Rollins, The Incredible Jazz Guitar of Wes Montgomery by Wes Montgomery and Ellington Uptown by Duke Ellington.
