This is his best album

I agree. It gets labeled minimalist but there are so many layers to the production. It's an even tighter MBDTF and it's aging even better. Shit never gets old.

Lyrics are awful compared to CD and LR.

They really aren't though. With Kanye's delivery, shit like "hurry up with my damn croissant" is more entertaining than any of the more "traditional" lyrics on his old albums that people cream their pants over. Simple isn't inherently bad.

Awful was too strong of a word t bh, it's just hard for me to accept most Kanye lyrics from the past 4 years when it seems like he put a lot more effort into them before then. What happened? Did he just get lazier? His production has only gotten better though, but still it just seems like he had a lot more to say in the past compared to now. I kinda hope him and Kim get a divorce or something so he'll start being more poetic and less arrogant again.

Also I'm not a big fan of how his flow sounds on Yeezus sometimes, especially on Bound 2. It just sounds clunky and forced sometimes, hard to explain. He sounds better on TLOP though.
