Isn't Empty Bliss and Everywhere at the End basically the same album, in concept? Sound is very similar as well, I'm confused at why he is making this second album.

Everywhere at the End is has a specific narrative where the passage of time directly affects the direction of the music from one part to the next. The order is important here.
