Friends from Cambridge claim he was never successful with girls and would come back to his dorm frustrated all the time. The 2 girlfriends he 'claimed' to have both stated that the relationships with him were platonic and NOT consummated . Joe Boyd tried to set him up with a VERY hot French songwriter and even organized Drake to meet her. At the meeting, Boyd was in agony because Drake would sit there and only give one word answers. He agreed to write some songs for her, but it never happened. I've read multiple biographies on him and I sincerely believe that he had some kind of social deficiency. I don't know if he was autistic, but something was off about him. The only time I can think of that was plausible for him to lose his v-card was when he took a trip to Morocco, but he was with a bunch of people and they all claim that he only sat around, got high and played music. All the evidence points to him never having sex.

Pretty thorough, desu. I've read some accounts of the depression he suffered, and it just sounds like the pits of the world. I always assumed that somebody like him would've had girls throwing themselves at him, and it would have had to happen even if accidentally. He's such a tragic figure - maybe that's why his work is so good.
