You should use anime pictures to revive /noise/. Weebs are very easy to manipulate.
Noise is already predisposed to being a weeb attraction. It just needs a little push to get a fresh batch of followers to liven things up desu.

I usually hate weebshit in general on this site. That being said, I have seen it work incredibly well for /emo/ where more traffic was built until eventually they would be alive long enough for more potential of extended discussion and more interesting recs.

Does this even really count as straight up noise? There's melody and rhythm in it. It sounds like noise rock taken to its extreme.
