Well, in a sense, anything that becomes extremely successful becomes viewed as overrated by the populace that doesn't enjoy what it brings to the table.
In my opinion, 'overrated' is shallow word, not taking into account the implications of what the word is critiquing.

Eh, idk man
Its one of those albums that is kinda classified as a "YO BRO YOU SMOKE WEED? YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM" kinda album and then you go to the mall and see that Spencer's puts the cover art on fucking everything they have, but in reality not a lot of those kinds of people have listened to the album.
Sorry if that doesnt make much sense, its just from what ive experienced in smoke circles/groups and whatnot
The album is genuinely good and worth listening too, but you should also listen to Piper and Wish You Were Here

Great album but yes, it's definitely overrated.
