While there's a surf element to East Bay Ray's guitar playing I wouldn't categorize The DKs as "Surf Influenced Punk".

One might check out the band Surf Punks and The Mermen.

Not sure I would classify The Cramps, B-52s, or 45 Grave as "Surf Influenced Punk" either, but those are also good bands worth checking out.
