I've been on a 5+ stretch for the past month, trying to find new music. I wake up to an album and listen to one in bed before going to sleep. 3 more throughout the day isn't hard. Just have them queued up and listen in the car or headphones while working.

I have a 45 minute commute to work so I get 2 albums every day from that plus one or two more just relaxing in the evening. I probably listen to more music than I did as a student.

I'm a student at the moment, so it's summer for me, but even during the day, school is rarely if ever more than 2 3rds of my day, which still leaves ~6 hours for music, even if it's just my lunch time
