Thanks for making a thread though OP, Listening now. Weird so far, Not bad but not what I expected from a Vince Staples album
>>73538583
I can't believe this shit is on the radio
sorta
not nearly good as AE though
>>73539294
I like AE, but Get Hi kinda ruins it for me
It's the Yeezus of 2017

Please stop. This album is just a combination of edm and hip hop, and that's only on two songs. Other than that, this album is bland as fuck. Vince is way more lyrically bland then he was on summertime '06, and his flow most of the time is uninteresting. Kendrick on yeah right overshadows anything vince attempted to do on this short-ass album.
>>73539824
im sorry
who did this
yes but it reminds me more of broke with expensive taste
>>73539082
Fuck you
>>73539824
finally somebody says it
vince has no bars.
danny has quotable lyrics on all his shit
>>73539824
It's pretty crazy how much better Kendricks verse is than everything else on the album
>>73539824
Music doesn't always have to be a contest.
>>73541212
sounds like something losers say
>>73538583
Besides the garage band beats not bad
People are complaining because Vince doesn't have too many verses, but I don't mind because I know that he can shred shit already. If he wants to take a minimalist approach in his vocals, (and in a lot of the instrumentals, too) I don't think it's a step back, just one in a different direction.
Variety is good.
Love can be is the song of the year desu
Its def good, not better than AE though
