about 90% of what i listen to is some form of rock

Sometimes I feel that the natural progression of taste is getting profoundly tired of the music you used to like at some point in your life until not wanting to hear it ever again, constantly engaging in new bands/genres just to keep yourself at that "high" given by new stimuli. Example: Used to love to death Pink Floyd when I was 14-15 years. But I just dont give a shit anymore and I´m not even interested in keeping track of what Roger Waters or David Gilmour are up to. Surely I can appreciate their music, but I don't feel connected to them anymore by any mean.
